Garlic Butter Grilled Vegetable Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat and brush it with oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine zucchini, red pepper, mushrooms, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables on a pan for about 8 minutes until tender, then set aside.
- Roll the pizza dough into a large oval and place it on a floured baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush the mixture over the pizza dough.
- Grill the pizza dough for about 2 minutes, then flip it and grill for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pizza, leaving a border, and top with grilled vegetables.
- Grill the pizza for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the grill and top with fresh tomatoes and basil, then cut into slices and serve.
