Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Slice the zucchini into ¼-inch-thick planks and place on a large plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Grill the zucchini for 1 to 3 minutes per side until char marks form and it's tender but still has some bite.
- Remove from the grill, squeeze with lemon juice, garnish with fresh herbs, season to taste, and serve.
