Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400ºF and prepare a piece of tin foil.
- Trim the ends of the zucchinis and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Drizzle olive oil on the cut sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the zucchinis cut side down on the tin foil and close the grill lid.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes, until char marks appear.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
