Grilled Zucchini
Ingredients
The zucchini

smallish zucchini or summer squash
The seasoning

olive oil

celtic sea salt
Instructions
- Trim off the top end of the zucchini and cut it in half.
- Cut each half lengthwise into ½-inch thick strips.
- Place zucchini in a large bowl with olive oil and salt and toss well.
- Grill each side for 3-6 minutes until the zucchini is tender with grill marks.
- Serve.
