Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients

The zucchini

  • 3-4 pieces smallish zucchini or summer squash

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Trim off the top end of the zucchini and cut it in half.
  2. Cut each half lengthwise into ½-inch thick strips.
  3. Place zucchini in a large bowl with olive oil and salt and toss well.
  4. Grill each side for 3-6 minutes until the zucchini is tender with grill marks.
  5. Serve.
