Ingredients

The zucchini

  • 2 lb Zucchini

The marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • ¾ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Slice the ends off the zucchini and cut into long, ¼-inch thick planks.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the zucchini in a single layer and brush both sides with the marinade.
  5. Place the zucchini slices on the grill over direct heat.
  6. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until tender and grill marks appear.
