Toasted Coconut Butter

Instructions
- Toast 2 cups of coconut flakes in a skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden and fragrant, then transfer to a bowl.
- Toast the macadamia nuts in the same skillet for about 5 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant, then add to the bowl.
- In a food processor, combine the toasted coconut, remaining coconut flakes, toasted macadamia nuts, and sea salt.
- Process the mixture for about 10 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides until as smooth as possible.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight glass container and let it cool to room temperature before sealing.
