Instructions
- Add the toasted coconut flakes to a food processor.
- Process on high speed for about 30 seconds until finely shredded.
- Continue processing for another 30 seconds until a paste forms.
- Keep processing until the oil leaches out and it turns into a butter, which may take a few more minutes.
- Transfer the butter to a glass jar and let it sit for a few hours or overnight to solidify.
