  • 500 g unsweetened organic toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Add the toasted coconut flakes to a food processor.
  2. Process on high speed for about 30 seconds until finely shredded.
  3. Continue processing for another 30 seconds until a paste forms.
  4. Keep processing until the oil leaches out and it turns into a butter, which may take a few more minutes.
  5. Transfer the butter to a glass jar and let it sit for a few hours or overnight to solidify.
