Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Process on medium speed for 30 seconds to a minute, then increase to the highest setting.
- Continue processing until the mixture is smooth and has a liquid consistency, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Pour the coconut butter into an airtight glass container and store in a cool, dry place.
- For a fluffier texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes, then beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Return to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up, then beat again until fluffy.
- Transfer to an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dry place.
