Vegan Chocolate Frosting

grapeseed oil or palm shortening

agave nectar or honey

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and grapeseed oil in a small saucepan over very low heat.
- Stir in agave nectar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the frosting in the freezer for 15 minutes to cool.
- Remove from the freezer and whip the frosting with a hand blender until thick and fluffy.
- Frost over your cake or desired dessert and serve.
