Instructions
- Combine cocoa powder, vegan butter, 2 ½ cups of powdered sugar, vanilla extract, sea salt, and half the vegan milk in a mixing bowl.
- Mix on slow speed, gradually increasing until thick and smooth.
- Add remaining powdered sugar gradually until desired thickness is reached.
- If necessary, add the extra vegan milk one tablespoon at a time for consistency.
