  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Scrub, dry, and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
