Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, peeling if desired.
- Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 or 4 long spears.
- Place the spears on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Mix the salt, garlic powder, chipotle powder, black pepper, and rosemary in a bowl, then sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip the wedges, and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Broil for 3 to 5 minutes until crispy.
