Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine the seasonings in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Rinse the potatoes in cold water and pat them dry.
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then into quarters, and finally into wedges.
- Toss the wedges in a large bowl with olive oil and the seasoning blend.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges cut side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
