Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes

The coating

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil, coating it with cooking spray.
  2. Combine olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese in a resealable bag.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the bag, seal it, and shake to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
