Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground black pepper, and olive oil.
- Add the potato wedges to a large bowl and pour the garlic mixture over them, tossing to coat.
- Place the coated potato wedges on the baking sheet, skin side down.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each wedge.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the wedges are fork tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
