Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 4 large russet potatoes

The seasoning

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

The toppings

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground black pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Add the potato wedges to a large bowl and pour the garlic mixture over them, tossing to coat.
  5. Place the coated potato wedges on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each wedge.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until the wedges are fork tender.
