Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- 2. Wash and cut each potato lengthwise into halves, then into 3 wedges.
- 3. Dry the potato wedges with paper towels to remove excess water.
- 4. In a large bowl, drizzle the wedges with olive oil and add the seasoning ingredients.
- 5. Toss to coat the potato wedges evenly.
- 6. Place the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 7. Bake for 45 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- 8. Serve immediately, optionally topped with freshly chopped parsley.
