Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 4 pieces gold potatoes

The seasoning and oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. 2. Wash and cut each potato lengthwise into halves, then into 3 wedges.
  3. 3. Dry the potato wedges with paper towels to remove excess water.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, drizzle the wedges with olive oil and add the seasoning ingredients.
  5. 5. Toss to coat the potato wedges evenly.
  6. 6. Place the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7. Bake for 45 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  8. 8. Serve immediately, optionally topped with freshly chopped parsley.
