Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 3 lbs russet potatoes

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2.5 tablespoons Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and spray two baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and then into 1-inch wedges.
  3. 3. Place the wedges in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Add Lawry’s seasoning, thyme, and rosemary to the bowl and toss to fully season the wedges.
  5. 5. Transfer the wedges to the baking sheets, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  6. 6. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes until crispy.
