Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and spray two baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and then into 1-inch wedges.
- 3. Place the wedges in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
- 4. Add Lawry’s seasoning, thyme, and rosemary to the bowl and toss to fully season the wedges.
- 5. Transfer the wedges to the baking sheets, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- 6. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes until crispy.
