Ingredients

The sweet potatoes

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs of your choice
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Start with fresh sweet potatoes, garlic, herbs, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into strips.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and chop the garlic, sprinkling it on top.
  4. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Chop the fresh herbs and sprinkle them on top, then season with black pepper and salt.
  6. Toss everything to distribute the seasonings, oil, and vinegar.
  7. Bake in an oven at 375°F for about 30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  8. Enjoy!
