Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- Cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add molasses, egg, and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips without overmixing.
- Cover the dough and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet.
- Roll the dough into balls, coat them in granulated sugar, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake until the edges are set, then press down gently on each cookie.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
