Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds and membranes, wearing gloves to protect your hands.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of chives, garlic, onion powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with panko bread crumbs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the filled jalapeños.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with the remaining chives before serving.
