Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wear disposable gloves and cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds and ribs.
- Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese until combined, then fill each jalapeño half with the mixture.
- In a shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Roll the filled jalapeños in the bread crumb mixture and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle any remaining bread crumbs over the jalapeños.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the bread crumbs are golden.
- Serve immediately.
