Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut off one-third of each jalapeño lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cilantro, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until combined.
- Stuff the jalapeños with the cream cheese mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Crush the barbecue chips in a food processor or by hand and mix with feta and remaining cilantro and green onion.
- Transfer the poppers to a serving dish and top with the crushed chip mixture before serving.
