Mango Avocado Salad

The salad

lime or lemon slices to garnish
The dressing

sugar or sugar substitute

white vinegar

teaspoon
dry mustard

chopped onion

olive oil or avocado oil

fresh melon seeds (or papaya if substituting)

honey (optional)

Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender, adding seeds last, until creamy.
- Pour dressing over the salad, using as much as desired. Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator.
