Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the cream cheese and coconut oil together until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted cream cheese mixture, eggs, and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, Besti, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely before making the frosting.
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered Besti, and vanilla until smooth, then frost the cooled bars.
