Ingredients

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • cup Pumpkin seeds
  • cup Sunflower seeds

Sweeteners & Binders

  • 6 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • ½ cup Golden flax seed meal
  • 1 large Egg white

Flavorings & Fats

  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse the almonds and hazelnuts in a food processor until chopped into large pieces.
  3. Add the pecans and pulse until they are also in large pieces.
  4. Add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Besti, and flax seed meal, and pulse until mixed well without over-processing.
  5. Add the egg white, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture and pulse until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a thin, uniform layer.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned, especially at the edges.
  8. Cool completely before breaking apart into pieces.
