Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pulse the almonds and hazelnuts in a food processor until chopped into large pieces.
- Add the pecans and pulse until they are also in large pieces.
- Add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Besti, and flax seed meal, and pulse until mixed well without over-processing.
- Add the egg white, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture and pulse until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a thin, uniform layer.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned, especially at the edges.
- Cool completely before breaking apart into pieces.
