Keto Granola

The granola mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the nuts, shredded coconut, and almond flour.
- Add the keto maple syrup to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Allow the granola to cool completely on the tray before breaking it into clusters.
