Ingredients

The granola mix

  • cup nuts (chopped roughly)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • cup keto maple syrup
  • pinch salt

Optional mix-ins

  • to taste sugar-free chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the nuts, shredded coconut, and almond flour.
  3. Add the keto maple syrup to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Allow the granola to cool completely on the tray before breaking it into clusters.
