Instructions
- Pulse the almonds in a food processor until roughly chopped.
- Add the walnuts, pecans, and sunflower seeds, then pulse until roughly chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into chunks.
