Instructions
- Remove the rinds from the watermelon and place them in a high-speed blender.
- Add water to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy, using a paddle if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
- Cover and freeze overnight until solid.
- Once frozen, add the cubes to smoothies or juices as desired and store any leftovers in the freezer for up to three months.
