Crispy Quinoa-Crusted Tofu

Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cut the tofu into triangles.
- Mix quinoa flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour almond or soy milk into another bowl.
- Dip each tofu triangle in milk, then dredge in the flour mixture.
- Fry the tofu in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer cooked tofu to a paper towel-lined plate.
- For the dipping sauce, whisk together honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.
