Instructions
- Blend coconut milk and chocolate until smooth in a Vitamix.
- Blend in the date, vanilla powder, and stevia.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the semi-frozen popsicles.
- Freeze for an additional 2 hours.
- Serve the fudgsicles.
