Ingredients

  • cups filtered water
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 8 pieces pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine cashews, water, cocoa powder, dates (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  3. Remove from molds and enjoy cold.
