cornstarch or arrowroot powder (optional)

pure vanilla
Instructions
- Heat coconut milk and honey in a saucepan until simmering.
- Add cocoa powder and cornstarch, whisking until well combined and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 15-30 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla and pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 8 to 24 hours before removing from molds and wrapping individually.
