Celery Sticks for dipping
Instructions
- Open the can of chicken and drain the water.
- Place the chicken in a medium bowl and shred it with a fork.
- Add the dried cranberries, chopped almonds, mandarin oranges, and avocado mayo to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into celery sticks to create Chicken Salad Logs, or use celery sticks as dippers.
