Sweet Potato Casserole

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and adjust the oven rack to the middle position.
- 2. In a large pot, add sweet potatoes and salt, then cover with cold water by 1 inch.
- 3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain well.
- 4. Mash the sweet potatoes in the pot and fold in melted butter.
- 5. Stir in hot milk and brown sugar, seasoning with salt to taste.
- 6. Spread the mixture in a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish and top with marshmallows.
- 7. Bake until the marshmallows are lightly browned and puffy, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
