Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Whisk together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat them in the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
  4. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks or a hand mixer.
  5. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with sauce.
