Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Instructions
- Mix vegetable oil, garlic, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Pat dry the chicken thighs and place them in the slow cooker, covering with the barbecue sauce.
- Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 2½ to 3 hours, or low for 5-6 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and coat with the sauce.
- Let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes before serving.
- Toast the brioche buns and serve the pulled BBQ chicken on them with cole slaw.
