Ingredients

  • 4 cups kettle style potato chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • ¼ cup finely chopped chives
  • cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup diced tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the potato chips on a sheet pan or in a pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips, then add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
