Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe avocados

  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼-½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the avocados in a food processor until slightly broken down.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sea salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
  3. Blend in ¼ cup of almond milk until creamy, adding more milk if needed for consistency.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally topped with Greek yogurt or whipped cream.
