Ingredients

Pumpkin Muffins

  • 3 ½ cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups solid pack pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 units eggs

Maple Glaze

  • stick butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 1–3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
  2. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. For the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla, then add water until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Stir in maple syrup.
