Honey-Sweetened Almond Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8 to 9-inch square baking dish with criss-crossed parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt, and whisk together.
- In a measuring cup, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well blended. Optionally warm the mixture slightly.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined, adding more oats if the mixture is too wet.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight before cutting into bars.
