Ingredients

The base

  • 3 ½ cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¾ cup honey
  • ¾ cups chocolate chips

The add-ins

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  4. Press the granola bar mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 15-16 minutes.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into squares or bars.
