Buttery Dill Fried Halibut

Instructions
- Prepare the flour coating mixture by mixing the tapioca flour, dill, salt, and pepper on a plate.
- Dredge the halibut through the flour mixture, coating evenly on both sides.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
- Gently place the coated halibut into the pan and fry for about 6 minutes until a good brown crust forms.
- Flip the fish to cook the other side until completely cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the pan and serve with your choice of sides.
