Ingredients

The skewers

  • 1 unit EXTRA HOT Italian sausage

The vegetables

  • 1 unit red bell pepper
  • 1 unit green bell pepper
  • 1 unit zucchini
  • 1 unit onion
  • 1 unit tomato
  • to taste unit pineapple
  • to taste unit mushrooms
  • to taste unit eggplant

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 350°F (medium/medium-high).
  2. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Assemble the skewers with sausage and vegetables.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning until the meat is slightly charred and vegetables are tender.
  5. Warm bread on the top rack of the grill while cooking the skewers.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or pasta and fresh herbs if desired.
