Foil Packet Cheesy Sausage and Peppers

Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill on high heat on one half and medium-low on the other.
- In a large bowl, combine the onions, peppers, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Tear off 4 sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil, each 12 x 18 inches.
- Divide the onion and pepper mixture between the foil sheets and top each with 3 tablespoons of marinara.
- Seal the foil packets tightly, leaving room for heat to circulate.
- Place the packets on the medium-low side of the grill and cook for about 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the sausage to the medium-low side of the grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning often until cooked through.
- Slice the sausage and add it to the foil packets, topping each with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
- Cover the grill and let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes before serving.
