Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheerio Bars

The chocolate coating

semi-sweet or dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt honey and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Stir in Cheerios, Brown Rice Krispies, and chopped peanuts until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and pack it tightly.
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut into 16 bars after removing from the freezer.
- Dip each bar in melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Return to the freezer for 10 minutes and store in the fridge or freezer.
