Instructions
- 1. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- 2. Add honey, lemon juice, and lemon essential oil to the blender and blend again.
- 3. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for about three hours.
- 4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 5. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze until hard.
