Ingredients

  • 2 pounds strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • 16 drops lemon essential oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. 2. Add honey, lemon juice, and lemon essential oil to the blender and blend again.
  3. 3. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for about three hours.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. 5. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze until hard.
