Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, and lemon zest in a large bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add the eggs, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped cherries gently.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten the tops.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are browned.
- Let the scones cool, then refrigerate and reheat before serving.
