The gravy

Instructions
- Prepare the crockpot by buttering it or lining it with a liner.
- Place onion wedges, garlic, thyme, and rosemary at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix all rub ingredients together until well combined.
- Pat the turkey breast dry and apply the rub all over it.
- Put the turkey breast on top of the onions in the crockpot and cover.
- Set the crockpot on Low for the appropriate time based on the turkey's weight.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F and then transfer the turkey to a pan.
- Broil the turkey under a broiler set to 500°F for about 5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- To make the gravy, combine drippings with cornstarch and broth, whisking until thickened.
