Crockpot Slow Cooker Bone-in Turkey Breast

Instructions
- Pat the turkey breast dry and rub the spices into both sides.
- Pour broth into the slow cooker and add onions.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast over the broth and add butter on top.
- Cook on Low for 6-7 hours for a 5-7 pound breast or 3-5 hours for a 2-4 pound breast.
- Ensure the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
- Remove the turkey from the slow cooker carefully.
- For crispy skin, broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes or use an air fryer for 3-4 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Allow the turkey to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
