Instructions
- Whisk together the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat one tablespoon of butter in a six-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add half of the cream mixture to the skillet and cook until bubbling.
- Crack two eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny, about two minutes.
- Cover the skillet to help cook the egg whites without burning the cheese.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
